OneNote Not Syncing
Problem Statement: OneNote not syncing after migration
First check Office Account User information is showing username@MomentiveSoftware
If not, sign out and sign back into Office:
OneNote >> File >> Account >> Sign Out
Note: To completely sign out of an account, please close all the Office apps after you sign out.
Open OneNote again and sign in with your credential’s username@momentivesoftare
Ensure the OneNote location is set correctly to @MomentiveSoftware :
OneNote>>File >>Info
If not, follow below steps to map correct OneNote Location which is located under OneDrive
OneNote >> File >> Open >> Open from Other location
select OneDrive under location settings
Look for the OneNote file under OneDrive
It may be found as Username@CB Hold LLC or Documents >> OneNote Notebook
Note : Make sure mapped One Drive Location is showing @momentivesoftware
