How to Access the Fresh Service Platform
To access the Fresh Service platform for submitting tickets and tracking your requests, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Service Desk Portal
Login to Okta https://okta.communitybrands.com/ and click on the FreshService IT Support tile:

This will bring you to the Fresh Service homepage.
2. Click "Login" on the Top Right Corner
Once you land on the Fresh Service page, locate and click on the Login button at the top right corner of the page.

3. Select SSO to Log In
After clicking "Login," you will be redirected to a new page with login options. Here, click on the SSO (Single Sign-On) option to log in using your corporate credentials.

Once you click on Sign in with SSO, you will be prompted to enter your Momentive credentials. After authentication, you'll be logged in and ready to access the Service Desk features.
How to Access the Jira Service Management Platform
To access the Jira Service Management platform for submitting tickets and tracking your requests, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Jira Portal
Login to Okta https://okta.communitybrands.com/ and click on the Jira Service Management tile:

Note: You will see another Jira tile so please make sure to click on the Jira Service Management tile.
This will bring you to the Jira homepage.

If you don't see the Jira Service Management tile, it means that you don't have access. Please submit a request via this link: Other Software : Momentive Software
