How to Access the New Service Desk (Fresh Service)
To access the Fresh Service platform for submitting tickets and tracking your requests, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Service Desk Portal
Open your web browser and navigate to the following URL:
https://servicedesk.momentivesoftware.com/
This will bring you to the Fresh Service homepage.
2. Click "Login" on the Top Right Corner
Once you land on the Fresh Service page, locate and click on the Login button at the top right corner of the page.

3. Select SSO to Log In
After clicking "Login," you will be redirected to a new page with login options. Here, click on the SSO (Single Sign-On) option to log in using your corporate credentials.

Once you click on SSO, you will be prompted to enter your credentials if necessary. After authentication, you'll be logged in and ready to access the Service Desk features.
